By joining our Drop Ship Agreement, you are free to copy and post any and all images from our website and social media accounts (@guacamayatribal). Through your efforts, you can populate your own eCommerce platforms and simulate that the inventory is stored in your own warehouse awaiting shipment. As your Wholesaler we will assume responsibility to ship your orders to your customers. Our shipping process will be transparent to your customer and she will assume the product came from you directly. Please note, Retailer (you) may not use any of the images contained within the provided photos for any other purpose other than to gain sales, which will be given to the Wholesaler (us).
Currently, there is no charge. This is a new program for us and any Retailer that wishes to join our cause to save the Wayuu people is encouraged to join. We also think it’s an exciting way for you to make a business out of selling the beautifully handmade, crochet Mochila bag.
The sales price for each Mochila bag (not including shipping charges or state sales taxes) will be negotiated separately through a private chat. The prices listed on the Wholesaler’s (us) website are our company’s retail prices. Your buying and selling prices will not be the same. As Retailer, you wish to sell and promote our products and agrees to give all sales and/or orders resulting from the previously mentioned products solely to Wholesaler. The Retailer (not the Wholesaler) is responsible for collecting payment from the Customer and in turn, paying each sale to the Wholesaler (us).
The Retailer (you) are free to sell and promote the Wholesaler’s (us) product at your own discretion. Some popular eCommerce platforms are: Your own website, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, Etsy and Amazon. Additionally, please note that Retailer is not the exclusive seller of Wholesaler’s products on any and/or all mentioned selling platforms.
Wholesaler (us) is in no way responsible or liable for the success of the Retailer’s (you) eCommerce site, the accuracy, or legality of its content and operation. Further, the Retailer has independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the our Drop Ship Program and is not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than what is set forth in this agreement. It is also important to state that we wish you success and will do everything in our power to help.
Wholesaler (us) will charge the Retailer (you) any and all fees associated with a bad address provided. If the apartment/suite number is not included or a bad postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge added to the Retailer’s account.
All returns will be handled directly by the Retailer (you) and the Customer. Wholesaler (us) will provide a 3-day return policy during which a Customer/Retailer may return an item that is in re-sellable condition, unless agreed otherwise prior to return (at their own expense). We will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 3 days of the item being received. We will not provide any policy for any claims placed on an item after 3 days of being received.
Wholesaler (us) retains the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will not be retroactive. If any modification is unacceptable to the Retailer (you), the recourse will be termination of the Retailer’s participation in the Wholesaler’s Drop Ship Program. Continued participation will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
Retailer (you) agrees that it is the sole responsibility of Retailer to collect, report, and remit all taxes to the correct tax authority for all business transactions, sales or revenue stemming from the sales of the Wholesaler’s (us) products. Retailer further agrees that Wholesaler is not obligated to determine whether a sales tax applies and is not responsible to collect, report, or remit any tax information arising from any transaction involving the images or photos provided.
Wholesaler (us) will provide Retailer (you) with a detailed listing of all available items through the guacamayatribal.com website. Wholesaler will also provide Retailer with the suggested retail price but does not promise or suggest those prices to be the best price for Retailer’s eCommerce site. The price the Retailer charges for each item will be left solely to the Retailer’s discretion. Retailer will pay all fees and charges incurred with each item shipped by the Wholesaler directly to the Customer.
At the end of each sale the Retailer (you) has to notify Wholesaler (us) about the transaction and forward the funds. Items will not be shipped until the full payment is received by the Wholesaler, which usually is a minimum (30 minutes) turn around time. At this time Wholesaler prefers payment through PayPal.
Retailer and Wholesaler agree that on a set effective date a business relationship will ensue and shall continue for any period of time for as long as it is mutually agreed between Retailer and Wholesaler. If Retailer or Wholesaler is not satisfied with the program defined by this agreement, either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice at any time.
Wholesaler (us) retains all the rights to all images of the products we provide. We retain the right to prohibit the use of any and all images we provide. Retailer (you) may not use any of the images contained within the provided photos for any other purpose other than to gain sales, which will be given to the Wholesaler. Retailer may not use any images provided in any other medium than the specified eCommerce site without prior written consent of the Wholesaler.
We are the Wholesaler and you are the Retailer. As the Wholesaler, we fill YOUR sales orders obtained by your efforts and through your eCommerce venue. We are not involved in the actual transaction between you and your Customer. We await your email notification of the sale, which also includes your payment and shipping information of your customer. Our facility shall be transparent in the shipping process (i.e. each package sent to the Customer will appear to have come from the Retailer directly).
